ITINERARY

Your destiny with Africa begins today as you board your transatlantic flight headed for the “exotic continent”. Depart on a wide-body jetliner from New York (JFK). NOTE: For security reasons, check-In counter opens 5 hours before departure and closes 2 hours before take off. You are allowed to check-in 2 pieces of luggage free, each weighing 50lbs or less, and 1 carry-on WEIGHING 12lbs or less. Please remember your passports, and any visas required. We provide free visa service, however visa fees charged by Egypt embassy must accompany visa applications plus required recent passport photos and a valid passport. ADD ON FARES ARE AVAILABLE FROM MAJOR US CITIES.

Arrive in Cairo late morning. You will be met and assisted through customs formalities and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight.

Breakfast. Visit the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, which house the world’s largest collection of artifacts from the era of the Pharaohs including some belonging to king Tut. Tour Old Cairo where early Judaism and Christianity flourished in Egypt. Visit sites like the Ben Ezra Synagogue, the Moallaka Church where the Virgin Mary, Joseph and the baby Jesus took refuge. Spend the afternoon at the Great Pyramids of Giza built for Cleops, Chephren and Mykerinos and view the defending Sphinx. End the day at the bazaar of Khan El Khalili. Return to the hotel. Accommodation: Sheraton Royal Gardens Meals: Breakfast/Lunch.

Breakfast and transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Aswan. Arrive and board a bus for a visit to the High Dam, Old Dam, Philae Temple and the Granite Qyarries. You will be transferred to your Deluxe Nile Cruise Ship for a 4-day/3-night Nile Cruise. Your accommodation aboard the cruise ship will consist of an outside Junior Suite Cabin with private facilities. Afternoon sail by felucca for a visit to the Agha Khan Mausoleum and Elephantine Island. Sail to Edfu. Overnight.

Breakfast. Transfer by horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus, the best preserved of all Egyptian Temples. Sail to Luxor. Overnight.

Cross the Nile to the West Bank. Visit the Necropolis of Thebes, Colossi of Memnon, Queen Hatshepsut Fenerary Temple and the valley of the Kings and Queens. Overnight . The Giza Pyramids have become nearly synonymous with Egypt herself. Their incredible size continues to impress millions of visitors each year, as they struggle to comprehend how three kings, Khafre, Khufu, and Menkaure, could have constructed such huge structures so long ago.

Visit Luxor Temple dedicated to the god Amon-Ra. It was expanded by Ramses II, who added statues of himself. Visit the magnificent Karmak Temple. After disembarkation from, you will be transferred to Luxor airport for your flight to Cairo. Arrive in Cairo and transfer to your hotel. Overnight.

Breakfast. Transfer to Cairo airport and check-in for your flight back to the States. Arrive in New York late afternoon. YOU ARE BACK HOME

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This rate is for a group of 11 persons or more. Single supplement charge will be paid by anyone who occupies a room alone (without a room mate) whether by choice or otherwise. A surcharge will be added if the group falls below 11 persons. Minimum number allowed is two persons.
